My wife and I woke up during the night due to the heat – it was 84 degrees in our home! We didn’t know that the A/C unit had quit working sometime the day before. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well!

I called the Watson & Clayton phone number at 8 a.m. The person that answered the phone said that all of his men were busy due to the recent heat wave, but he would stop what he was doing and come right out. He arrived a few minutes later, quickly found the problem, replaced the part, and had us up and running right away. Since the unit was under warranty, there was no charge. A few hours later, he stopped by to make sure that everything was working properly.

We very much appreciate the fast and friendly service provided by this company. We highly recommend them!

I have been so impressed with my last couple of interactions with Paul from Noel Clayton Heating and Cooling in Frankfort. its terribly difficult to find reputable people that you can trust to come into your home and take care of your issues. My most recent issue arose after hours and I placed a call to Noel Clayton and left a message, 10 minutes later Paul called to tell me he would be here in 15 minutes. He was here in 10. Paul is fantastic at what he does and he represents Noel Clayton in the best possible way. I now know how the company has achieved such a great reputation. Paul fixed my issue and had me back up and running in no time. I have dealt with him in the past and not only is he skilled at what he does but it feels like an old friend has come to visit when you have to call for service or repair. I would recommend only Noel Clayton for anybody’s heating and cooling needs and I’m sure ALL the techs are good at what they do but we always feel better knowing that Paul is answering our calls..Fantastic job Noel Clayton, you definitely have a customer for life.
