We sell Goodman and Rheem Air & Heating systems, but we service all makes and models, both residential and commercial.

Routt’s Heating & Air has been serving Midway, Versailles and the rest of Woodford County as well as the surrounding areas (including Lawrenceburg/Anderson, Lexington/Fayette, Frankfort/ Franklin and Georgetown/Scott counties) in one form or another for more than 35 years.

Owner Joe Routt’s father, Bill, was well known throughout the area as a master plumber. Joe learned the plumbing trade from his father and in 2012 changed the company’s focus to heating and air conditioning. Joe Routt personally visits every job site to ensure that everything is done correctly and to address each customer’s individual needs. Our goal is to treat every customer like family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our service comes with a personal touch. Our goal is to keep your equipment well maintained, not only to save you money but also to lessen its impact on the environment.Among the services Routt’s provides are:
